Department of Energy Funded 10-Week Summer 2024 Internship

As part of Tetramer’s ongoing Department of Energy SBIR Phase IIB award to Develop Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants for use in Hydropower, we are offering a 10-week paid summer internship at our location in Pendleton, SC (near Clemson University).

The ideal candidate would be self-directed and comfortable with working with a high degree of autonomy in the development of Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs). The primary goal will be building an LCA model for the environmentally acceptable hydropower lubricant developed under Phase I and Phase II of this program, currently being sold by our spinout company, VBASE Oil Company.

Details and Eligibility

The US Department of Energy requires that this internship position promote diversity in the funded program.
